• Dates & Times:

  • 4-Day Conference: From Thursday, March 19, 2026 to Sunday, March 22, 2025

  • First Meeting: Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 7:00 PM

  • Last Meeting: Sunday, March 22, 2026, noon

• Age: Open to all ages.

  • Special program available for kids and youth.

Fees:

1. Adults:

   • $350 per person (includes room, food, and all expenses)

2. Kids Age from 8-15:

   • $130 per kid for (Food). Will stay in the same room as their parents

• Full payment is due upon registration.

Registration Deadline:

• February 25, 2026

  • Spots are limited, so please register early to secure your spot!

Payment Options:

• Credit/Debit Cards: A 3.5% processing fee applies.

• Zelle: No processing fee.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund if canceled by February 1, 2025.

• 50% refund if canceled between February 1, 2025 and February 25, 2025.

• No refund after February 25, 2025.

Early Room Availability:

Rooms will be available one day before the conference for anyone who would like to arrive early.
